Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes self-test kits, opened or used items, and personal care products.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used health/self-test kits

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

  • If rejected, we will explain why (e.g. item not eligible or not in original condition).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing time may vary.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@reddroplab.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@reddroplab.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email us at contact@reddroplab.com. We will send you the return address.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
